How to Apply for SBI PO 2019 exam

The application form for SBI PO 2019 is soon to be released. The interested aspirants should visit SBI official website (www.sbi.co.in) for the online application form. The application form will only be available in online mode.
In this article, we will explain out the steps to fill up SBI PO 2019 application stepwise:-
  1. The applicant should visit the official website of State Bank of India (www.sbi.co.in)
  2. You should now click on the link “Join” on the Open page.
  3. To open the online application form, you are required to click on “Click here to apply online for SBI PO”.
  4. The applicant should now click on “Click here for new registration.”
  5. Lastly, to register yourself successfully, you should enter the necessary details like Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc. in the application form.
  6. You will get a Registration Number and Password. You should properly note it down and the same information will be sent to you on your registered Email ID and mobile number.
  7. You should use these credentials to log in to enter your personal, educational and other important details.
  8. Thereafter, you should upload scanned images of your Photograph, Signature and a Hand-Written declaration.
  9. You should now click on “Payment” option and proceed to pay your application fee.
  10. Now, you should click on “Submit” to submit your application.
  11. For future reference and correspondence, you should take a print out of the application form.
SBI PO Application Fees
The application fees for SBI PO exam is paid online only. It should be noted that fees/intimation charge is non-refundable and non-transferable for any future exam conducted by SBI. The application fees for General Category candidates is Rs 600/- (inclusive of intimation charges) and Rs 100/- (intimation charges only) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

The interested applicants can pay the application fees through the mode of Credit cards, Debit cards, and Internet Banking, Mobile Wallet/Cash Cards, and IMPS. There is no provision of offline payment for application fees.

Requirement of Scanned Documents
The applicants are required to upload scanned images of their Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression and a Hand-written Declaration. According to SBI parameters, the requirements are as under:-

The photograph has to be recently clicked and should be of passport sized. The dimensions of photograph have to be 200 pixels x 230 pixels and the size of the photograph should be 20-50 kb.
The signature of the applicant has to be in black ink on a white paper. The left thumb impression has to be on black or blue ink on a white paper. The hand written declaration has to be written in English language with black ink on a white paper. The dimensions of the mentioned documents should be 140 pixels x 60 pixels and the size of the documents should be 10-20 kb.

SBI PO Admit Card
For SBI PO exam, separate admit cards are issued for each stage of the exam. The admit card for SBI Prelims exam will be issued to candidates who have successfully registered themselves for the exam. The admit cards for the SBI Mains exam will be issued to the candidates who have cleared Prelims exam. Lastly, the candidates who have cleared the SBI PO Mains exam will be issued SBI PO hall ticket for Personal Interview round. It should be noted that no candidate will be allowed to take exam without their SBI PO admit card. The candidates can download their admit card from SBI official website to take information about Online Bank Coaching where they have to log in using their Provisional Registration Number and Password.

SBI PO Cut Off Score
In this selection process, SBI PO cutoff score is calculated both section-wise and overall. The aspirants have to clear both the sectional and overall cutoffs to proceed for the next selection stage. 

SBI cutoff is dependent on many factors and they are:-   
  1. a) Total number of aspirants appearing in the exam.
  2. b) Total number of vacancies available.
  3. c) The difficulty level of the paper both section as well as overall.
After the completion of SBI PO exam, the cutoff score is declared by SBI.
